Daniel Christian revealed a funny incident involving Kohli and Jamieson.

The RCB members are on a roll with their Instagram and social posts. After Chahal, the Aussie all-rounder Dan Christian revealed a funny incident involving the Indian and Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Skipper, Virat Kohli, and the pace bowler from New Zealand Kyle Jamieson.

The incident, which Daniel Christian has narrated, had happened during the first week of the Indian Premier League 2021 season when the RCB players started their training. During that time, Kohli saw the duke balls with Jamieson and asked the Kiwi pacer to bowl. But Kyle denied his RCB captain.

Kyle Jamieson did this thing intentionally because, after the Indian Premier League 2021 season is over, India and New Zealand will face each other in a battle of World Test Championship from 18th June to 22nd June 2021 at Hampshire Rose Bowl in Southampton, where Kohli and Jamieson will play against each other with the duke ball.

The duke ball behaves differently because it has a distinct seam position and the red color shade is also darker. India doesn’t use the duke ball. That is why it has been a problem to the Indian team whenever they face the duke balls.

It will be more difficult in England because the Indian players lack the technique to play the duke ball. After all, it is different. India is used to playing with the SG Balls, and that’s why the Indian batsmen have found it difficult to play duke balls in the testing conditions of England.

During the first week of the IPL 2021 season, Virat, Christian, and Jamieson were sitting in the nets. They spoke about test cricket and the use of the duke ball. Kohli asked Kyle whether he has bowled with duke balls? Jamie replied yes to his RCB skipper, and he even said that he has few duke balls with him now and he would be looking forward to bowl here.

When Kohli heard that, he asked Jamieson can he ball to him in the nets with a duke ball? Kohli said that he would be more than pleased to face him in the nets. Then the reply from Jamieson was No, not to you, Kohli as Kyle knew that the Indian Skipper would have noted everything from that duke ball.
