The first player on the Indian Premier League-IPL to record consecutive centuries was Shikhar Dhawan, the batman of Delhi Capitals, which opened on 20th October 2020.

5th Batsman for five thousand IPL runs:

Shikhar Dhawan also crossed five thousand IPL runs as his fifth batsman. Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli are the fourth Indian cricketers. The only player globally with over 5000 IPL runs has been David Warner.
