MI vs SRH: Sunrisers Keep Playoff Dream Alive With A Close Victory Against MI

The 65th match of IPL 2022  was played between Mumbai Indians & Sunrisers Hyderabad. In this match, captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl.

Batting first, the Hyderabad team scored 193 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs due to the strong half-century innings of Rahul Tripathi and set Mumbai a target of 194 runs to win. In response, Mumbai’s team could only score 190 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 7 wickets.

Middle-Order Batsmen Did Not Play

Opener Priyam Garg got the team off to a great start against Mumbai but he missed his half-century. In this match, opener Priyam Garg scored a brilliant 42 runs.

He faced 26 balls and scored 42 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 4 fours and became the victim of Ramandeep Singh. Apart from him, the other opener Abhishek Sharma was dismissed long ago. Abhishek became the victim of Daniel Sams by scoring 9 runs.
