At the same time, this company sent fertilizer to the agency but did not cooperate in marketing. The owner of the agency, Neeraj Kumar Nirala, has said that he has suffered losses due to non-cooperation of the company.
Later on complaining, the company took back the goods stuck in the agency and in return gave a check of 30 lakhs. When he sent the check, it bounced. Despite informing about this, the company did not pay attention to it. Therefore, Neeraj Kumar Nirala had to seek cooperation from the court.
At the same time, the product of this company was advertised by the former captain of Team India, Mahendra Singh Dhoni . In such a situation, he also came under the purview of this case. Let us tell you that Neeraj Kumar Nirala has filed a case against MS Dhoni as well as eight other people of the company.
This includes the name of the company’s CEO Rajesh Arya, State Head Ajay Kumar, Marketing Head Arpit Dubey, MD Imran Zafar, Marketing Manager Vandana Anand and Director Mahendra Singh.
