Sarfaraz Khan On Fire

Sarfaraz Naushad Khan has never let down any of the teams for which he has played be it Mumbai in Ranji or Delhi Capitals in IPL.

This time Sarafaraz has made into the news for scoring more than 700 runs in the Ranji with 3 centuries. He was able to score 153 runs in the quarter-finals of Mumbai vs Uttarakhand.

Sarfaraz began to be in the news after he scored 275 runs against Saurashtra in Ahmedabad and continued after scoring 63 and 48 against Goa before hitting 165 runs against Odisha.

In the quarter-final, Sarfaraz led his team, Mumbai in a strong position by scoring 153 runs in 205 deliveries. Creating a blistering knock for Mumbai Sarfaraz has hit 4 sixes and 14 boundaries.

Sarfaraz has made history by scoring more than 700 runs in totality each being more than 150 as he is the sole batsman to this to date.

To date, in the last 13 innings of the Ranji Trophy, Sarfaraz has scored one triple century, two double centuries, two 150+ scores, one century, and three half-centuries making his latest century (153) against Uttarakhand his seventh in this season.

The current average of the youngest cricketer in the Ranji trophy is 140 with 704 runs at the strike rate of 72.65.
