Shahid Afridi requests Haris Rauf to bowl slow after ‘unplayable yorker’

We all witnessed the most entertaining cricket for two consecutive months after a long lockdown period due to the corona virus in the form of IPL 13. Many new young players emerged into better players this season and all the international players got to play against each other.

The competition turned to be highly competitive as it all went down to the wire in the group stage when Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Mumbai Indians in the last match if the group stage in order to qualify. However Mumbai were too good at the end of the tournament as they lifted the trophy and successfully defended their title. Mumbai became the second team after Chennai super kings to win back to back IPL titles.

PSL held in Pakistan:

Just as IPL was going on in India, in Pakistan the Pakistan super league was taking place which is another international T20 league providing a great opportunity to youngsters of Pakistan to showcase their talent in front of national selectors. This tournament was won by Karachi Kings by beating Lahore Qalandars in the finals. The Karachi Kings won the match at the empty Karachi national stadium by 5 wickets to lift the title for the first time.

Afridi praises Rauf:

In the qualifier where Lahore Qalandars played Multan sultans where Lahore’s Haris Rauf took a 3-wicket haul to guide his team to the final. He also took former Pakistani captain Shahid Afridi’s wicket in that match and Shahid Afridi was impressed by him and advised him to bowl a bit slow from the next time.
