Shane Warne’s son Jackson Warne feels that he let Australia down by not choosing cricket as his career and still feels guilt over this.

Jackson has been always overshadowed by the popularity of one of the world’s greatest spinner his father. Despite efforts from 21-year-old, he feels like he should have given a chance to cricket.

If someone’s father is Shane Warne so there is more probability that their sons or daughters will choose cricket as their first choice. The same case is with Jackson Warne, son of the greatest spinner of all time Shane Warne. 

Last Tuesday, in an episode of SAS Australia the 21-year-old made comments on his career that he still feels that he should have given a chance to cricket.

He thinks that he is letting Australia down as his father has a big fan base and he has grown under that shadow of his father’s popularity.

As we mentioned earlier, if you are born in a family where one of Your parents is a former sportsperson then he/she should follow their parent’s steps.

This is a popular notion. You have a large chance of choosing your career in any sport if your parents belong to that field. However, some may have different cases and like Jackson Warne who didn’t choose cricket as his career.

 In a talk with ‘Not To Love’, he told that the feeling of not choosing cricket always revolves in his mind, he always thought of giving cricket a chance as he thinks he is letting Australia down, but he finally gets the point that makes him happy with who is he and what he does. He is happy with what he has chosen for himself.

 He added that he was never forced by his parents to join any sport because, in the end, his parents want him happy. So, he chose what he wants to do. Currently, he is a model and testing his strength and endurance by appearing in SAS Australia. 

 Jackson accepted that the journey in SAS is life-changing for him. Along with him, many celebrities are there including comedian Merrick Watts, rugby player Nick Cummins and one more.
