Every match has refreshment breaks for the players to refresh themselves as playing uninterruptedly for 7 hours can be straining for them.
A normal Test match sticks to the typical three sessions rule with a break after every session.
There are two types of break namely lunch break and tea break. They differ in the sense that the timings of the breaks vary.
