Recently the news came that Future Group, the central sponsor company of IPL, terminated its contract with BCCI. According to the news, after the Future Group withdrew its sponsorship, Unacademy has now tied up with the BCCI.

According to this agreement, Unacademy will remain the central sponsor of the IPL for three years. The agreement will pay Rs 120-130 crore for the deal. A BCCI confirmed, “The deal with Unacademy has been completed for 3 years. We will make an official announcement soon. “

Dream-11 has become the title sponsor.

Sugar products in India had become much faster since June. As a result, BCCI and Chinese mobile manufacturer Vivo postponed their deal. After this, the board completed the search for new sponsors for IPL 2020 through bidding. In which online gaming company Dream-11 contracted BCCI title sponsorship for IPL 2020.

Dream-11 will pay BCCI Rs 222 crore for the 13th season of IPL, while Vivo used to pay Rs 440 crore to the board annually. Let me tell you, the contract with Vivo has been postponed for IPL 2020 itself. The board had an agreement with Vivo till 2022, and for IPL 2021, 2022, the board has left avenues open for Vivo.

Cricket action will begin on September 19

IPL 2020, which has been postponed for a long time due to the Coronavirus, and will start from September 19. All the teams have reached the UAE, and the players are in the Quarantine period.

During this, players are trying their best to make themselves match fit by doing workouts. A total of 60 matches played in the 13th season of IPL will be organized on 3 stadiums Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.

This season’s evening matches will start at 7.30 pm. So on the day of the doubleheader, the afternoon matches will start from 3.30 pm. To protect the players against the Coronavirus, the league will be played in a bio bubble environment, where players will not be allowed to go anywhere and talk to any outsider.
