India vs Australia’s series has been amazing to watch this time around. After losing the ODI series 2-1 India have performed perfectly in T20 and made a terrific comeback in the tour to take an assailable 2-0 lead in the T20 series and win another T20 series in Australia vs Australia.
In the first T20, India were initially struggling with poor batting performance but Jadeja stepped in and played a very important knock to help the team reach a total of 161 runs. This made sure that India went into the second innings with a total to fight.
The incident:
In the second innings, a strange thing happened, something we observe very less in cricket. Jadeja who was on field was substituted after he complained of a headache and dizziness on the field. Yuzvendra Chahal was introduced as the concussion substitute in place of Ravindra Jadeja. Sanju Samson, after the match said that when Jadeja came back to the dressing room, he wasn’t fully fit and was feeling dizziness and made the right call to be substituted.
Winning the MOM award without even starting:
This incident made an amazing scenario in the match. Chahal, who wasn’t even named in the starting line-up, finished the match by taking 3 wickets and eventually winning the man of the match for his match winning spell. This amazed everyone who watched the match.
