Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 14 runs and won their third match in this IPL out of 5 games. It was a great match we have seen where MI batted first and scored 192 runs by losing 5 wickets in 20 overs while SRH was restricted to 178 runs.
Cameron Green displayed an all-round performance by scoring 64 runs and an economic spell of 4 overs, 29 runs, and took 1 wicket. It was a close encounter in which SRH needed 20 runs in the final over but Arjun Tendulkar stuck to his Yorker length and defended this target easily.
It will bring a lot of confidence in a young Tendulkar and Rohit might give him more chances to bowl in the next matches. After a tight match, MI remained ahead of SRH and won that match comfortably with 14 runs.

In the match, MI batted first and gave a solid start to the team. But Rohit Sharma couldn’t convert his innings to a big score and got out on 28 runs off 18 balls. Ishan Kishan kept striking, rotating with Cameron Green who came after the first wicket.
They built a small partnership but then Ishan Kishan got out. Suryakumar couldn’t make any impact in the game but Tilak Verma has given a valuable contribution to the team’s score. He made 37 runs off just 17 balls, which was the much-needed counterattack for MI.
Cameron Green was struggling in the initial stage but in the last overs, he made a solid comeback and connected the ball very well. Overall, the whole team has given some contribution and took MI’s score to 192 runs.
Cameron Green was the highest scorer who made 64 runs off 40 balls. For SRH, T Natrajan was a bit expensive bowler who conceded 50 runs in his 4-over spell. Marco Jansen took 2 wickets and conceded 43 runs off 4 overs.
In response, SRH came to bat and there were huge expectations from Harry Brook. But he couldn’t make any impact and got out on just 9 runs. Mayank Agrawal kept the score flowing with Tripathi and Markaram.
But SRH lost 4 wickets for 72 runs. Now they need some quick punches and Klassen did his job very well. He smashed 36 runs off 16 balls in which he smashed 2 fours and 2 sixes in the over of Piyush Chawla. Unfortunately, he got out in that one over only.
SRH was never out of the game, Marco Jansen and Washington Sundar tried their best to chase this score but Mumbai had different plans. In the last over, SRH needed 20 runs but Arjun Tendulkar bowled that over amazingly and brought his team a comfortable win.
Riley Meredith, Jason Behrendrof, and Piyush Chawla took 2-2 wickets in this match. The match turned with the second last over, which was bowled by Cameron Green who gave only 4 runs in that over. He completely turned around the match and also got the Man of the Match Award for his exceptional performance.
